These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") govern the use of the Iminify website and all content and services available at https://www.iminify.com (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is owned and operated by Iminify (" we," "us," or "our"). The Service is offered subject to your acceptance without modification of the Agreement. By accessing or using any part of the Service, you agree to become bound by the Agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, please do not use the Service.

User Types

Our Service accommodates two types of users:

1. Guest Users: Users who use our service without registration
2. Registered Users: Users who create an account with us

Submitted Content

You retain all rights to any content you submit to the Service. By using our Service, you grant Iminify and its service providers the right to temporarily store and modify your content insofar as necessary to provide the Service to you.

Content Retention

• Guest Users: All uploaded content is automatically deleted after 24 hours
• Registered Users: Content is stored in your account history permanently or until you delete it

Service Usage

Free Service

Iminify provides image compression services completely free of charge to both guest and registered users. However, we reserve the right to:

• Implement reasonable usage limits to prevent abuse
• Modify or discontinue the Service at any time
• Implement technical restrictions on file sizes and types
• Block access to users who abuse the Service

Account Terms

For registered users:

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• You may not use another person's account without permission

User Responsibilities

You represent and warrant that:

1. Your use of the Service will not infringe upon any third party's intellectual property rights
2. You will not upload content containing malware, viruses, or harmful code
3. You will not attempt to disable, damage, or overburden our servers
4. You will use the Service in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations
5. You will not use automated scripts or bots without explicit permission

Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our Service:

• Stores uploaded images temporarily (24 hours for guests, permanently for registered users)
• Collects minimal necessary personal information
• Does not share your data with third parties
• Complies with GDPR and other applicable privacy laws

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights, remain with Iminify. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of our Service or its content.

Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to:

• Temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance
• Modify or discontinue features
• Implement access restrictions as needed

Account Termination

For registered users:

• You may delete your account at any time
• We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Account termination will result in the deletion of all associated data

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Process or store illegal content
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or harmful content
• Overwhelm or damage our infrastructure

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. For registered users, we will provide notification of significant changes via email. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Any defects will be corrected
• The Service will be available at any particular time or location
• The results of using the Service will meet your requirements

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL IMINIFY BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• Special, indirect, or consequential damages
• Loss of use, data, or profits
• Service interruption
• Damages resulting from using compressed images

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Severability
